We use the most up to date CAD software to design your project and then use our expertise and experience to gain the necessary planning permissions for you. 

The process starts with a consultation at your home to understand your brief; this generates an initial concept design which is modified and altered using your feedback until the final design is agreed.  Planning permission is then applied for and we act as your planning agent during this period dealing with any queries from the planning officers. 

Once you have your planning permission we then produce detailed construction drawings with technical notes to enable you to gain quotations from builders and other professionals to turn your vision into a reality. 


We offer a specialist  accessible design service for those needing their home adapted, extended or modified due to disability or older age -  we are passionate about designing inclusive, functional, beautiful homes.





How We Work


1. Initial Consultation

In this meeting, we’ll discuss your ideas and goals, assess your site, explore design options, and cover any planning considerations. By the end, we’ll have a clear understanding of your brief and provide a tailored quote for the work ahead.


2. Survey

An accurate survey is the foundation of every successful project. Whether it’s a measured building survey, topographical survey, or drainage survey, we’ll arrange the right type for your site to gather all the essential information needed to get your project off to the best start.


3. Working Design

Building on what we’ve learned from the consultation and survey, we combine your ideas with the potential of your building and site to shape the design brief. At this stage, we’ll share our initial concepts with you, welcome your feedback, and refine the design together as it develops.


4. Final Design

Our design process is always centred around you. We’ll guide you with clear, professional advice at every stage, helping you make confident, informed decisions to develop the final design. 


5. Planning Permission

We oversee the entire planning process — from advising on the right type of application to preparing all the necessary documentation and acting as your Planning Agent throughout. 


6. Building Regulations

The technical drawings are completed towards the end of the process, but we consider how your building will be constructed from the very start. These detailed drawings will give you accurate quotations and ensure your project meets all Building Regulation requirements.
